This privacy policy describes how Kolyada Group Inc. may collect, store, process, and use some of your personal information that you provide while using Dress-MeApp ("Application") together with other related websites, applications, services, widgets, etc. (collectively, "Services").
Our Policy applies to all visitors, users and others who access the Application and the Services.
WHAT INFORMATION DOES THE APPLICATION COLLECT?
User Provided Information.
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application by creating your account. Registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the Application, as well as to receive personalized advice and easily restore your settings should you need to change your mobile device.
When you register with us and use the Application, depending on the selected log-in method, we receive your Facebook, Google+ or email account ID. In case of email log-in we receive also the password and your name that you create with the Application, as well as the gender that you indicate during registration. In case of registration through Facebook or Google+, we receive your social networking profile user name or email address. When you sign up with social media accounts, we collect your personal publicly available information, such as gender, age, name, email address. We also retain all your feedbacks and queries sent to us via email or from within the Application; information on date of creating your profile, the version of the Application version installed on your device and the date of last update of the Application.
The information is collected so that we can improve our services and the functionality of the Application. Your login and contact details are used to establish your user identity, manage subscriptions and access rights, contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions, resolve problems, comply with regulations. We may analyze your user behavior and personal data in order to make your experience with the Application better.
We DO NOT collect or store your mobile phone number and first name and last name (unless they are publicly available from your social media accounts), or any transaction-related information.
Kolyada Group is both the Controller and Processor of the data that the users of the Services provide while creating their Application profile.
Analytics
By default, the Application employs analytical tools from Google and Apple (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, App Analytics on iTunes Connect) that collect, control, and process data in order to measure traffic and usage of the Application. The tools may collect information from your device or the Application, including recently visited web pages, add-ons, and other information.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, session duration, first launch, Application updates, and other information about the way you use the Application.
Cookies
When you use the Application, we may collect information on your usage of the Application by using cookies or other means (e.g. web beacons, and local storage) to provide better features to you.
Third-party advertisers or other partners may provide ads or services to you, based on our cookies or other means.
Log file
Each time you download or visit the Application or the website, your browser automatically sends a report, which is kept in our log file. Additionally, our servers may receive and retain certain log information, such as web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with the Application, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, etc. Similar information can be also collected from emails that we may send you.
All log file information is collected in order to improve our service to you and your experience with the Application.
Automatic Data Collection and Advertising
We DO NOT work with advertisers and third party advertising networks and we do not share your information with such third parties. We do not use any automated decision making and profiling tools. Since we employ Google’s and Apple’s analytical tools, certain data can be automatically collected as described in the Analytics section above.
Precise real time location information of the device
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. However, we receive geographic information (aggregated at country level) about the users of the Application from analytical tools employed by Google and Apple (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, App Analytics on iTunes Connect) if you choose to allow us to do so, we will track your country and store this information.
HOW IS THE INFORMATION USED?
The Application may use the information to:
- help you access your profile after signing in;
- remember your settings in the Application so that you do not have to re-enter it the next time you use the Application;
- provide personalized content;
- test and monitor the quality of our Service;
- test new features;
- monitor aggregated Application usage metrics (number of visitors, traffic, and demographics)fix technical issues;
- inform you about Application update opportunities.
IS THE INFORMATION SHARED WITH ANYONE?
Only aggregated, anonymized data can be transmitted to third parties to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User provided and Automatically Collected Information in the case of:

Responding to legal requests and preventing harm
We may share your information if required by the law. This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside of Canada where we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards. We may also share information when we believe it is necessary to detect or prevent fraud and other illegal activity; to protect ourselves, you and others, including as part of investigations; and to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. Information we receive about you may be accessed, processed and retained for an extended period of time when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations concerning possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm.

Change of ownership
If we sell or otherwise transfer ownership in part or the whole of the Application or our assets to another legal entity, your information such as name/login, email address, personalization settings or any other information collected through the Application may be among the transferred assets. You will continue to own your information and we will make reasonable effort to ensure the buyer or transferee honors the Privacy obligations.

To our Partners
We may occasionally share only aggregated, anonymized data we collect through the Application and/or cookies, web beacons, log information files, device identifiers, etc. with trusted third-party partners that help us deliver the Application to you. Our partners may receive access to such information on terms of confidentiality and only if such access is required for technical reasons.
YOUR INFORMATION RIGHTS
Account and profile information:
- Update your account at any time by logging in the Application and changing your profile settings.
- You can stop collection of all information by the Application by uninstalling the Application. You may request us by emailing to info@dress-meapp.com to discontinue your account or profile.
The right to be informed about how we use your personal data.
The right of access, restricted processing and erasure. Upon your request, we will provide and disclose to you all the information related to your Application account, as well as will stop processing and delete all your personal data stored with us.
The right of rectification. Your personal data may be rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
How long your Information is stored:
- We will keep your information for as long as you use the Application and for up to 24 months after you stopped using it. Aggregated information may be stored for longer. If you would like us to delete your Information, please contact us at info@dress-meapp.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that the Application may not function properly without some or of the Information.
- We and our partners may keep the information for reasonable time for archival and audit purposes. You can stop all collection and processing of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at info@dress-meapp.com
Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@dress-meapp.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
We use secure protocols to transmit and store data (SSL).
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on http://dress-meapp.com/privacy and informing you via email. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are consenting to our collecting, controlling and processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in Canada. If you reside outside Canada your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under Canadian privacy standards.
